Bill Gates is not a doctor. He has no college degree or experience in virology. But he wants his vaccine to be administer on Africa by all course. He's trying to sponsor/influence some leaders/celebrity in Africa to canvass/convince people on his vaccine Have you asked yourself why America rejected his vaccine ? Have you ask if the vaccine has been administered on his family yet ? Have you ask why he choose Africa as a test for his vaccine? If he have good intentions for Africa why can't he sponsor Madagascar discovery and support them with his usual grant as a philanthropist? I challenge Bill Gates to give adequate support to Madagascar theory if he really have good intentions for Africa Yes it's no doubt the Madagascar theory need to go through 6 phases of test before it could be approved by WHO But I can categorically said their discovery has gone through to the third phases through this analysis below 1. Vaccine design 2. Animal studies 3. Clinical trials (phase1) 4. Clinical trials (phase2) 5. Clinical trials (phase3) 6. Regulatory Approval. The first phase comprise the study of the pathogens virus and decide on how they will get immune system to recognize it. Clinical trials (phase 1): this represents the very first test on humans, the safety, dose and side effects. And this trial only enrol on a small cohort of patients. Clinical trials (phase2): this is a deeper analysis of how the drug actually works, and of course it involves a larger cohort of patients. Clinical trials (phase3): comprises of a greater amount of people tested over a long period of time. Regulatory Approval You will agreed with me that presently the discovery might have gone through phase 1 or 2 thereabout.
